While the team, including T-Bag, mourn the loss of Bellick, they continue the break-in into the Company. Mahone visits the architect behind the security of the vault Scylla is in, only to find he is taken by Company agents. It is revealed that GATE secretary, Trishanne, works with Self. Michael and Sara visit a hospital to check on his condition. They learn that Michael has to have surgery the next day.
