Lucia decides to take the the town's cultural welfare in hand and hosts a regular series of musical evenings. Her apparent culture has the locals flocking to her banner but the odd yawn and tiny moan make it seem that some may be starting to tire of her high-handedness. Mapp decides to encourage a revolt.
