I Wanna Marry "Harry" Season 1, Episode 6 :

The women compete in a military boot-camp obstacle course with some one-on-one time with Sir on the line. When he surprises one of the ladies with a romantic dinner for two, the tension and jealousy erupts among some of the other contestants. One of them uses some alone time to make a surprising confession.
