WWF World Light-Heavyweight Champion, X-Pac, defeated WCW World Cruiserweight Champion, Billy Kidman, to win the WCW Cruiserweight title and unifying both the WCW and WWF titles. The Undertaker and Kane defeated The Dudley Boyz in a tables match.
