Tonight's The Word is "Tense", where Stephen criticizes Time Magazine. Stephen then talks about Jack Abramoff's upcoming sentencing and Abramoff's appeal to his friends to write letters to the judge on his behalf, thus Stephen dictates a heartfelt letter for the viewers. In the Threat Down segment, Stephen rates drug dealers, packaging, Jane Goodall, dolphin sex, and Jesus. Stephen interviews Gary Hart, former senator and presidential candidate. They talk about Hart's book The Shield & The Cloak: The Security Of The Commons.
