Criminal Minds Season 5, Episode 6 : The Eyes Have It

The BAU is called to Oklahoma City to help local authorities track a serial killer who removes the eyes of his murder victims and keeps them as souvenirs. A surprised Morgan becomes the lead in the investigation. Though at first the pressure gets to him, Morgan ultimately discovers that the murderer is a taxidermist with hunting experience. After he is brought to justice, Morgan is promoted to Unit Chief with Hotch stepping down until the Reaper is finally caught. Based on Charles Albright.
