On Barra it has not been a great start to the tourist season thanks to the non-stop rain and Sheila McIntosh, the island's only ice cream maker, prays for sunshine. Also, the biggest fishing competition of the year pits islander against islander for one of the coveted trophies and Father John Paul adjudicates.
