Leah Charles-King helps Jenny from Chingford, east London, buy a property on the Balearic island of Ibiza in San Antonio. With a £250,000 budget at her disposal, Jenny is looking for a two-bedroomed apartment close to the beach. Coming along to help with the search is her good friend Baz, so Leah has to people to impress with the five options she lines up.
