The police suspect he may have been drinking, but the crew need to convince him to receive their help. In Coventry, paramedics Neil and Laura rush to a two-year-old boy who is having a severe allergic reaction. And crewmates Heather Cassidy and Ellie Sewell are called to help a man whose heart rate is dangerously high and is moments away from a cardiac arrest.
